Cadel Evans will not start at the Vuelta a Espana. Evans is replaced by Aussie
Matthew Lloyd. Yaroslav Popovych is now the captain for the Belgian Silence-Lotto team.
Evans decided not to start because he still has knee problems. The runner-up
of this years Tour de France is now considering to start at the Tour of Poland (September 15 - 21).
