Sandy Casar will be assisted by Philippe Gilbert. Gilbert will use the 3 week Spanish stage race to build-up his form
for the World Championships in Varese (Italy). But Gilbert will look for a stage win at the Vuelta and will work for his captain
as well. It will be the last grand tour with Francaise des Jeux for Gilbert, next year the Belgian rider will start for Silence
- Lotto.
After his strong performance at last months Tour de France Rémy Di Gregorio wants to support his captain and will try
to colour a few stages with an attack.
