IUnder normal circumstances Manuel 'El Gato' Medina (Gobernación
Zulia) will win his second Vuelta Al Tachira. Medina came in second at yesterdays penultimate stage of the 43. Vuelta al Tachira.
The stage was won by José Chacón (Lotería Táchira) . Chacón won the 170 kilometres long stage from Concafe and Santa Ana.
The venzuelan rided needed 4 hours, 54 minutes and 56 seconds to reach the summit of Santa Ana. Manuel Medina came in second,
only 1 second behind the stage winner. John Murrillo (Lotería Táchira) came in third with the same time as Medina.
The Lotería Táchira squad worked har for their victory but
Median was never in real danger to lose his overall lead.
The
final stage will start at Peribeca today. After 130 kilometres the 43. edition of the Vuelta Al Tachira will end at the Velodrome
of Rubio.
