”It's been a tough decision to make, cause I've had a fantastic time at Team CSC. The team gave me a chance as
sports director, when I suddenly had to stop my active career due to a serious injury, and that's given me the perfect experience
regarding my future career within cycling. I've been with the team for seven years now, so I needed a new challenge, which
I found at T-Mobile. I've talked a lot with Bjarne about my decision, and I'm very happy that he respects my choice,”
said Tristan Hoffman.
”I feel both proud and sad about having to let Tristan go. He's been an important person
on our team for so many years, but most of all I'm happy to have been able to educate a sports director, who is now attractive
for other teams. It tells me about the respect for the way we do things at Team CSC and that we have a very qualified group
of people here. Tristan will always be a friend of the team and I wish him the best of luck in the future,” said Bjarne
Riis.
