"Bringing a team to the Tour de France has always been our vision," said Jonathan Vaughters, CEO of Slipstream Sports LLC and Director Sportif, Team Garmin-Chipotle presented by H3O.  "The riders on and off this list have worked incredibly hard for this. As a team, we are dedicated to giving our fans – and the world – something to cheer for at the Tour."

The roster of the US team is a bit surprising. US riders Tom Danielson and David Zabriskie were not selected for 'La Grand Boucle'. According to wielrensite.nl Danielson and 'Z-man' had bad form and did not bring good results.
