Pro-Tour calender 2007

22.09.2006/ 22.09.2006/ The UCI announced the Pro-Tour calender for the 2007 season today. All the races which are organized by the organizers of the Giro d'Italia, Tour de France and the Vuelta Espana are on the calender although the 3 organisations issued a statement last week that the races organized by the 3 won't be part of the Pro-Tour 2007.

We assume that there will be discussions between the UCI and the organizers of the Grand Tours about the Pro-Tour and it's 2007 calender, therefore the dates are provisional.

March 14 - 20: Tirreno-Adriatico (Italy)

March 24: Milano - San Remo (Italy)

April 8: Tour of Flanders (Belgium)

April 9 - 14: Pais Vasco (Spain)

April 11: Gent - Wevelgem (Belgium)

April 15: Paris - Roubaix (France)

April 22: Amstel Gold Race (Netherlands)

April 25: Fleche Wallonne (Belgium)

April 29: Liège - Bastogne - Liége (Belgium)

May 1 - 6: Tour de Romandie (Switzerland) TO BE CONFIRMED

May 12 - June 3: Giro d'Italia (Italy)

May 21 - 27: Volta Catalunya (Spain)

June 10 - 17: Critérium du Dauphiné libéré (France)

June 16 - 24 Tour de Suisse (Switzerland)

June 24: Team time trail Eindhoven (Netherlands)

July 7 - 29 Tour de France (France)

August 4: Clasica San Sebastian (Spain)

August 8 - 16: Deutschlandtour (Germany)

August 19: Cyclassics Hamburg (Germany)

August 22 - 29: Tour du Benelux, Eneco Tour (Belgium, Netherlands)

September 1 - 23: Vuelta Espana (Spain)

September 2: GP Ouest-France Plouay (France)

September 10 - 16: Tour de Pologne (Poland)

October 7: Züri Metzgete (Switzerland)

October 14: Paris - Tours (France)
