compared with other physiological tests done. First Physiological test will be done in January, the second in the spring,
and the third one before/after tour (depending on riders' schedule). The tests will be conducted at independent laboratories
supervised by Astana Medical Staff. In addition, we will perform additional blood tests through the season if Sports Directors

- Monitoring of cyclists' training through revolutionary new training software.
Mandatory to download training data with no more than 6 days delay. We have a revolutionary software where we can monitor
at all times from any computer logged to internet in the world what riders are training on that specific day, week, month,
etc. We will be monitoring Heart rate, power, altitude gain, average speed, total kilometers and hours, even nutrition taken
that day and many more features.

any illegal ergogenic aid neither any medicine banned or without the advice of Astana Medical Team.
- Declaration that riders will not seek any medical attention outside Astana
Medical Staff.

Discovery Channel 2007 team kit
The Discovery Channel Pro Cycling Team unveiled its truly bold new look for 2007 today. Fans of the team will
have no problem picking out their riders from the pro peloton with the new kit's predominantly black color scheme and familiar
Discovery Channel world globe on the front and back of the team jerseys. "We're really proud of this kit," said Communications
Manager PJ Rabice. "We worked very closely with Discovery Channel's Ken Dice and Nike's Margie Wargo to come up with a very
unique design for 2007, and I think we really nailed it. I also think it's something our supporters will not only appreciate
when watching us race, but it's also very cool gear that they will want to own as well."
Gilbert adds Paris-Roubaix
Philippe Gilbert wants to race Paris-Roubaix in the upcoming season. Gilbert told Belgian daily sports sportwereld.be:
"That must be a classic that suits me well, " Gilbert said. "As a cross rider I have the necessary suppleness on cobblestones
andknow how to steer the course. If my early season is ok, I won't start at the Fleche Wallonnen and Liège-Bastogne-Liège."
A surprising decision as Liège-Bastogne-Liège is in Gilberts backyard: "I hope the organizers of L-B-L soon understand
that the final part of the race is useless. Intractable. It tempers the characteristics of the course. They have to go
back to the route of the past," Gilbert said.
